Cooperation with Polytechnics
Ministry of Industry (2018 - now)
VAPRO signed a renewed and expanded Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Industri (BPSDMI) - Ministry of Industry. Besides secondary level technical vocational schools, VAPRO will also support higher vocational schools (polytechnics) to improve and reach international VAPRO standards for education and training.
Cooperation with Vocational Schools
Ministry of Industry (2014 - now)
VAPRO signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Center of Industrial Education and Training - Ministry of Industry, to support secondary level technical vocational schools across Indonesia, to improve and reach international VAPRO standards for education and training.
Water Construction
(2011 - 2014)
VAPRO together with Indonesian and Dutch partners executed the project "Implementing Vocational Education Program for Water Construction workers".
In this project, we developed and tested a vocational education program for water construction workers at secondary vocational level in cooperation with Dutch and Indonesian partners.The project is supported by the Ministry of Education of Indonesia and financially supported by the Dutch government (EVD).
Health, Safety and Environment
(2007 - 2010)
VAPRO together with Indonesian and Dutch partners executed the project "Implementing Responsible Care in Vocational Education and Processing Industries in Indonesia".
In this project, we developed and tested a Health Safety Environment training program for (future) operators in the process industry based on Indonesian and international HSE standards. This project is supported by the Ministry of Education of Indonesia and largely financed by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Indonesia Facility.
