We offer our services to support technical vocational schools, academies and training institutes across Indonesia, to improve and reach international VAPRO standards for education and training. Our standards for development are based on Dutch and European VAPRO standards for vocational education.

Steps to Become an International VAPRO Standards School
Curriculum Benchmark
During the benchmark, we will review all aspects of education in the school, such as; curriculum (theoretical, practical, internship, etc.), learning materials, timetables and many more. After the benchmark, we will provide a report identifying the gaps and differences in the quality of education, as well as a plan of action for improving and implementing international VAPRO standards.
Empowering Teachers and Staff (Training)
Based on the results of the benchmark, we will set up a series of training programs to empower and improve the skills of teachers, faculties member and school administrators so they can implement the international VAPRO standards.
Implementing Standards
The benchmark report also includes a plan of action for schools to eliminate the gaps and align their curricula with international VAPRO standards. We will provide hands-on guidance and assistance for schools during the implementation.
Exam and Internship Audit
In this phase, we will observe the way internship is conducted inside companies, such as: what does the student do/learn during internship? who guides them? how are the students assessed? Is there a standard checklist for the assessment?
We also check the quality of the school examination system and examination products, and compare them with international VAPRO standards. Based on the results of both audits, we may provide additional actions for improvement.
International VAPRO Certification
After all improvements are implemented, the school will receive a certificate as a proof of being an International Recognized VAPRO school. The school will also be eligible to held VAPRO International exam so that their students will have an opportunity to achieve VAPRO International certification.
